Our Team

Steering Committee

Steering Committee members help ISCL assess strategy and sequencing, partnerships and field positioning, and funding and operating approaches, serving as a bridge between the Initiative and the broader ecosystem of organizations advancing related work. The Steering Committee ensures that our work is responsive to real needs in the field, connected to complementary efforts, and positioned for practical impact. 

The Steering Committee is composed of operating partners whose work is aligned with and instrumental to the success of the Initiative. It is not a governing board; rather, the Steering Committee functions as a working, field-facing collaborative, instantiating the Initiative’s aspiration to serve as a field-building entity.
